Once you submit this form, a representative from the Chamber will contact you to discuss payment options and to answer any questions you may have regarding Chamber membership.

I understand my fee will cover my first 12 months of membership and my second year will be pro-rated to correspond to the year ending September date. GKCC's membership year is October to September. Annual renewal notices will be generated and sent automatically. I agree to pay the annual membership fee within 30 days of receiving renewal notice. Should I choose not to renew my annual membership, I agree to notify the Board of Directors, in writing, no later than August 1st prior to expiration.
